Frankly, the old days where utilities made to make programmers “less necessary” also carried heavy performance burdens are mostly that…the “old days.” We believe that if you are so inclined, your website ought to be one that you can make adjustments to.

How Much Does AllyMark Charge for Website Work?

Of course, we can offer some indexing here. The following is offered based upon 2 main types of effort – New Development and Website Enhancements.

New Development
After you establish your hosting – which we can help you with and often costs from $5-$15 per month depending upon the host – then the actual website development occurs. There is a cost of about $300-500 to get to a base website – this includes AllyMark development specification document (if you need content we can help with an additional fee); WordPress loaded on host; Theme purchased; global settings adjusted on Theme. From there, it can cost $500 on up based upon the number of pages on your site and the complexity of features needed.

So…you can figure on the low end of $800 to $2,500+ for a range of cost.

Also, we don’t demand a maintenance contract. If you want to apply updates to your site and maintain it over time…great for you. Conversely, if we maintain your site we charge for that quarterly, and only as time is expended on your site. If we don’t action on your site, then you don’t pay us anything. Simple!

Website Enhancements
We also help clients with modifying/enhancing their existing websites. We pride ourselves on being very straight-forward and clear with how we charge here. We have 2 rates – $50/hr for anything we can implement internally and $75/hr for effort that we need to secure outside of our organization. The latter occurs rarely, and only in circumstance when the scope exceeds our internal technical capabilities.

Simply put, we work with the client to define the scope, provide a clear estimate of the time needed to accomplish the scope, then we bill for that time upon execution.
